METHODOLOGY
S-Tier: The best of the best. These cards are highly sought after regardless of the archetype you're playing, and can generally be picked up at any time. A-Tier: Cards in this tier are very cost-efficient, or they provide a strong and unique effect. Only a slight step down from S-Tier, as they may require some synergy. B-Tier: The bread and butter pickups that make up a good portion of each deck. While not the cream of the crop, they're flexible and easy to splash anywhere. C-Tier: These range from early game role-players to archetype-defining bombs. You'll generally want these to help solve early problems, or to top off synergies. D-Tier: Highly situational or below the average rate. Either they require a specific draw order to work, or they're easy to use but have a relatively low impact.
